Carcharodontosaurus was a massive theropod dinosaur that roamed modern-day Morocco during the Middle Cretaceous epoch (93-100 million years ago). It is one of the largest predatory dinosaurs known, and is estimated to be larger than Tyrannosaurus rex . The defining feature of these dinosaurs are their knife-like, serrated teeth. These dinosaurs ruled the Cretaceous, aggressively defending their territory and felling mighty sauropods with their fearsome jaws.
