Turtles

Most turtle fossils we carry are of the genus Stylemys . Stylemys is a genus of land tortoise that is among the first discovered in the United States. First described by paleontologist Joseph Leidy in 1851, it remains a sought-after fossil in the American Midwest and the Badlands of the Dakotas.
