Lunar Meteorites - NWA 11228

NWA 11228 is a single, 140 g feldspathic breccia meteorite recovered in Morocco in 2017. NWA 11228 has a dark sandblasted exterior, with no remaining fusion crust. This meteorite is a fragmental breccia with pyroxene, plagioclase, and olivine grains set in fine grained groundmass.
